Report: Military veterans and the death penalty

A re­port from the Death Pen­alty In­form­a­tion Cen­ter in Wash­ing­ton found that vet­er­ans rep­res­ent about 10% of those con­victed of cap­it­al murder, roughly the same as their per­cent­age of the over­all pris­on pop­u­la­tion.
