New federal indictment in Yee case

The U.S. At­tor­ney’s of­fice in San Fran­cisco on Fri­day filed a new 148-page in­dict­ment against Sen. Le­land Yee and Chin­atown fig­ure Kwok Ch­eung “Shrimp­boy” Chow, adding rack­et­eer­ing and con­spir­acy charges.
