Mitt Rom­ney has ac­cused Pres­id­ent Obama of try­ing to “un­der­mine” ser­vice mem­bers’ vot­ing rights by fil­ing a law­suit against the state of Ohio seek­ing to make early-bal­lot­ing rules the same for ci­vil­ians and mem­bers of the mil­it­ary.
