Investigators issue report on Oklahoma execution

A re­port pre­pared by the Ok­lahoma De­part­ment of Pub­lic Safety found that cor­rec­tions of­fi­cials had sub­stan­tially com­plied with ex­ist­ing pro­to­cols for cap­it­al pun­ish­ment in the 43-minute long ex­e­cu­tion of Clayton Lock­ett.
