Olympus’ legal response to patient lawsuit

Olym­pus Corp. has main­tained that pa­tient safety is its top pri­or­ity and that the scope is­sue “con­tin­ues to re­ceive the highest level of at­ten­tion.” The com­pany filed this re­sponse in a law­suit filed in Phil­adelphia County Court by Daniel Ni­et­zold, a pa­tient in Gastonia, N.C.
