Parks motion on concrete buildings

L.A. City Coun­cil­man Bern­ard Parks made a mo­tion ask­ing city agen­cies to work with the City At­tor­ney to gath­er data on older con­crete build­ings that need ret­ro­fit­ting, identi­fy them and re­com­mend ways to make them safer.
