Pomona homeless shelter proposal and site plan

The City of Pomona hired LeSar De­vel­op­ment Con­sult­ants and Gonza­lez Goodale Ar­chi­tects to pre­pare this pro­pos­al and site plan for a home­less shel­ter and ser­vice cen­ter on the site of an aban­doned taxi dis­patch cen­ter that the city has pur­chased. The City Coun­cil ap­proved the plan on Janu­ary 23, 2017. Of­fi­cials hope to have the shel­ter op­er­at­ing by Decem­ber.
