Retired players ask court to review NFL concussion settlement

Sev­en ex-NFL play­ers asked a fed­er­al ap­peals court Monday to re­view the set­tle­ment to con­cus­sion lit­ig­a­tion between the league and re­tired play­ers that a fed­er­al judge gran­ted pre­lim­in­ary ap­prov­al to earli­er this month.
