Ruling: Anti-gay initiative unconstitutional

A pro­posed Cali­for­nia bal­lot meas­ure call­ing for the killing of gay people is “pat­ently un­con­sti­tu­tion­al on its face,” a Sac­ra­mento County judge has ruled, say­ing that the state at­tor­ney gen­er­al can halt the pro­pos­al.
