San Jose response to cleanup order

Un­der or­der by the San Fran­cisco Bay Re­gion­al Wa­ter Qual­i­fy Con­trol Board, San Jose sub­mit­ted this plan to re­move home­less en­camp­ments from Coyote Creek and pre­vent their re­turn. The board had pre­vi­ously re­jec­ted the city’s 137-page home­less en­camp­ment plan.
