The Skagit County Public Defender’s office said June Patti lacked credibility
Authorities in Skagit County, Wash., considered June Patti so unreliable after she moved to Washington State in the 1990s that the public defender’s office would file what they referred to as “the June Patti brief” whenever Patti’s name was mentioned in a case. The brief included incidents in which Patti had been found to have broken the law or lacked credibility.
