St. Louis protesters win restraining order limiting police use-of-force
A group of demonstrators involved in protests in St. Louis and Ferguson, Mo. have a won a restraining order that will force police to give demonstrators ample warning before they use tear gas, chemical sprays and other types of force to disperse crowds. Protests have persisted in the area and across the country in the wake of grand jury decisions not to indict police officers who killed unarmed black men in New York City and Ferguson.
