Elizabeth Taylor weds Conrad ‘Nick’ Hilton Jr.
On May 7, 1950, The Times reported that Elizabeth Taylor and hotel heir Conrad ‘Nick’ Hilton Jr., had married in Beverly Hills. The wedding coincided with her starring role in “Father of the Bride” and was a star-studded affair. She was 18. Hilton was 23.
