Thomas family claim against Fullerton

An at­tor­ney rep­res­ent­ing the par­ents of a home­less man who died after an al­ter­ca­tion with six Fuller­ton po­lice of­ficers has filed a claim with the city, sig­nal­ing their in­ten­tion to file a civil suit.
