Tribune Publishing objects to government’s anti-trust case

The own­er of the Los Angeles Times said in court doc­u­ments Fri­day that its pur­chase of the Or­ange County Re­gister and River­side Press-En­ter­prise in a bank­ruptcy auc­tion is doomed to fail if the U.S. De­part­ment of Justice gets a tem­por­ary re­strain­ing or­der on anti-trust grounds.
