UC-Irvine renal dialysis inspection
Regulators found numerous problems at UC Irvine’s dialysis center during a surprise inspection in November that uncovered rusty equipment and unsanitary conditions, according to letters and a report obtained by The Times on Monday. The findings have put the center, which remains open, at risk to lose federal funding.
