UCLA-Piterberg settlement

Set­tle­ment between UCLA and Gab­ri­el Pi­ter­berg, a UCLA his­tory pro­fess­or ac­cused of sexu­ally har­ass­ing two gradu­ate stu­dents. The set­tle­ment is draw­ing sharp cri­ti­cism for be­ing too le­ni­ent by gradu­ate stu­dents, fac­ulty and alumni now teach­ing at oth­er uni­versit­ies.
