Border Patrol ‘use of force’ report

The Bor­der Patrol’s in­tern­al re­port about the Sept. 3, 2012, shoot­ing said the agent fired five rounds “at a sub­ject on the Mex­ic­an ri­verb­anks that was throw­ing rocks.” The par­tially re­dac­ted re­port was ob­tained un­der the Free­dom of In­form­a­tion Act.
