Wal-Mart answer to Tracy Morgan lawsuit

Tracy Mor­gan and oth­ers in his lim­ousine were not wear­ing seat belts dur­ing a June high­way ac­ci­dent that left a fel­low comedi­an dead, Wal-Mart says in a court fil­ing.
