Obama’s climate action plan

Pres­id­ent Obama has laid out a series of ex­ec­ut­ive ac­tions his ad­min­is­tra­tion will take over the next sev­er­al years to re­duce emis­sions of car­bon di­ox­ide and oth­er gases that are ma­jor causes of cli­mate change.
